*Up to CNY 2,500,000 gross per year (approximately USD 375,000) for candidates with expertise in both Medical Oncology and Haematology, combined with management experience.
Your Profile
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Valid medical license (for international physicians) or Chinese medical license
- Board-certified specialist in Haematology
- At least 5 years of clinical experience in Oncology
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Previous clinical experience in North America, the UK, Germany, Australia or other international healthcare systems would be a strong advantage
- Strong professional background and credentials, with the ability to practice in Shanghai’s competitive private healthcare environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver international-standard Hematology care
- Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support clinical research and fellow training
- Share call and coverage duties
- Conduct ward rounds and maintain professional standards
- Participate in meetings, committees, and administrative tasks
